1. About Shypd

Shypd ("we," "us," "our") is an independently operated AI tools index that aggregates publicly available information about AI tools and software products from across the internet. Our goal is to help users discover, compare, and evaluate AI tools through verified, structured, and enriched data.

2. Data Sources & Aggregation

Tool listings on Shypd are compiled from publicly available sources across the internet, including but not limited to: official tool websites, public product directories, open metadata, and structured web data. Factual information such as tool names, URLs, domain names, and publicly listed pricing is aggregated and organized for discoverability.

If you are a tool owner or authorized representative and would like to update, correct, or remove your listing from Shypd, please contact us at [email protected]. We will process legitimate removal or correction requests within 7 business days.

3. Shypd Original & Proprietary Content

All content on Shypd, including tool descriptions, FAQ pairs, LLM Cards, use cases, category taxonomy, and Shypd Confidence Scores, is original and proprietary, created through our proprietary data enrichment pipeline.

The Shypd Confidence Score is calculated using a proprietary algorithm evaluating multiple factors. The methodology, weights, and scoring criteria are not publicly disclosed. Scores and tier assignments (Verified, Likely Legit, Limited Info, Unverified) are subject to change at any time.

Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or redistribution of any Shypd content is strictly prohibited.

4. Tool Owner Rights

If you are the owner, founder, or authorized representative of a tool listed on Shypd:

• Claim Your Tool: You may claim your tool listing to verify ownership, update information, and improve your Confidence Score. Claiming is free and voluntary.
• Edit Information: Once verified, you may update your tool's description, pricing, benefits, use cases, and social links.
• Request Removal: You may request full removal of your tool from Shypd at any time by emailing [email protected].

5. Content Rights & Editorial Control

Shypd reserves the right to edit, update, modify, or remove any tool listing on the platform at any time, without prior notice. This applies to both claimed and unclaimed listings.

This includes but is not limited to: tool descriptions, categories, tags, FAQs, scores, images, metadata, and any other content displayed on a tool's page, whether auto-generated, AI-enriched, or submitted by a tool owner.

Claiming a tool grants the claimant editing access to their listing but does not transfer ownership of the page or its content to the claimant. Shypd retains full editorial discretion over all listings on the platform.

Shypd may also remove or unpublish any listing that is found to be inactive, misleading, in violation of these terms, or no longer relevant to the index.

6. Shypd Confidence Score Is Subject to Change

The Shypd Confidence Score is a proprietary metric that is continuously evolving. Scores are recalculated perpetually as our scoring methodology matures, new data becomes available, or tool information changes. A tool's score may go up or down at any time. Shypd makes no guarantees regarding the permanence of any score or tier assignment.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access, collect, or store data from Shypd
• Reproduce, redistribute, or republish Shypd's original content (descriptions, FAQs, LLM cards, scores) without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the Confidence Score algorithm or enrichment pipeline
• Create derivative databases or competing directories using data obtained from Shypd
• Circumvent any security measures, rate limits, or access controls on the platform
• Misrepresent your identity or authorization when claiming or editing tool listings

8. Disclaimer

Shypd provides information for discovery and comparison purposes only. We do not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any tool listed on our platform. Tool information may change at any time. Users should verify information directly with tool providers before making purchasing or usage decisions.

Shypd indexes tens of thousands of AI tools from publicly available sources across the internet, and this number continues to grow. We have genuinely tried our best to keep all listing information, including URLs, descriptions, pricing, and categorization, correct, complete, and well-structured for both human readers and AI/search engines. However, given the scale of our index and the pace at which tools evolve, some information may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate. If you are a tool maker or authorized representative and notice any errors in your listing, we sincerely apologize and strongly recommend that you claim your tool on Shypd. Claiming allows you to verify and correct all information associated with your listing, and improves your Shypd Confidence Score by at least 15%. This is especially important to ensure that your intended users are able to find all your information correct and up to date.

Confidence Scores reflect our data-driven assessment at the time of evaluation and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of quality, safety, or suitability for any particular purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

The Shypd name, logo, Confidence Score system, category taxonomy, enrichment methodology, and all original content generated by our platform are the intellectual property of Shypd. All rights reserved.

Third-party tool names, logos, and trademarks referenced on Shypd belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion on Shypd does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Shypd after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
