Clockwise services will no longer be available starting on March 27, 2026. After this date, the product will cease to function, and all associated features like Smart Hold events and Flexible Meetings will stop working.

What will happen to my calendar events and data after the shutdown?

Any Smart Hold events (Focus Time, Travel Time, etc.) created by Clockwise will be removed from your calendar. Your data, including calendar preferences and scheduling links, will be deleted shortly after March 27, 2026, with no transfer to Salesforce.

Will I receive a refund for my unused subscription time?

Yes, you will receive a prorated refund for any prepaid subscription time that extends past March 27, 2026. Clockwise is also trying to avoid any new charges before the shutdown date.
