Minded uses a credit system where every action an AI Agent performs, such as starting tasks, making AI calls, browser sessions, and app actions, consumes credits. Credit consumption varies by action, for example, a new automation task costs 10 credits, and browser agent sessions cost 1 credit per second.

What happens to unused credits or if I run out?

On monthly plans, unused credits do not roll over and reset at the start of each billing cycle. Annual plans allow credits to roll over within the billing year. If you run out of credits, your AI Agents will stop receiving new automation tasks until you top up your account, which can be done at any time.

Can I use my own AI models with Minded?

Yes, on the Enterprise plan, you have the option to connect your own hosted or fine-tuned AI models to power your agents. This feature is particularly useful for domain-specific automation tasks, meeting compliance requirements, or optimizing AI inference costs at scale.
