eRPC (Embedded RPC) is an open-source Remote Procedure Call (RPC) system specifically designed for multichip embedded systems and heterogeneous multicore SoCs. Unlike other modern RPC systems, eRPC distinguishes itself by being optimized for tightly coupled systems, utilizing plain C for remote functions, and maintaining a small code footprint (less than 5kB).
